Ouhang Regular Management Meeting

To amend the work procedures and staff relationship, Ouhang regularly open the staff and management layer meeting. This conference discussed the weakness during the work and management. A team of management professor was invited to assist us improve our company management and solve the problems we faced in the work. Only via the retrospect on the managers can improvements be achieved. We are determined to reform the old management approaches.
