Manager conference on manufacture

To help our enterprise do better on manufacture dimension, we invited an enterprise professor to give us a speech. On the meeting, the professor introduced us KPI and KPI management, goal setting strategy, self evaluation forms and other practical tips on our work with several stories. Based on the 5 characters of employee, some personal practice approaches were introduced on this speech too. For tiger character, we need them to pursue higher goals with bravery. And try to appeal more peacocks, kolas, and owls character talents. Through this speech, we are able to settle more problems down. Everyone who listened this speech will be beneficial in future work life, this point is also one we stress, not only improving efficiency and establishing harmonious cooperation relationships but training personals and self improving from behaviors to values. We will make progress more with growing and burgeoning Ouhang.
